Everything you need to know about Numerate.

What is Numerate?

Numerate is a native iOS app for tracking and organizing personal data. From fitness to finances, collections to habits — track anything that matters to you with a simple, beautiful interface.

Is Numerate free?

Numerate is completely free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases. Every feature is included.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored locally on your iPhone. It never leaves your device. We don't collect, access, or transmit any of your personal information.

Does Numerate work offline?

Yes. Numerate is built offline-first. All features work without an internet connection since everything is stored locally on your device.

What can I track?

Anything with a value — budgets, workouts, books read, savings goals, daily habits, project milestones, collections, and more. If you can measure it, you can track it.

How do goals and streaks work?

Set a target value and optional deadline on any tracker and Numerate shows your progress visually with a progress bar. Numerate tracks two types of streaks — activity streaks for consistent use, and goal streaks for hitting your target — so you stay motivated day after day.

Can I customize icons and colors?

Yes. Every tracker can have its own icon and color. Choose from 14 colors, 50 icons, and over 60 units to create a system that's visually organized and personal to you.

What happens when I archive a tracker?

Archived trackers are hidden from your main list but all data is preserved. You can view or restore them anytime. It keeps things clean without losing history.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Numerate supports full JSON export and import. You can export your complete data at any time — no lock-in, no proprietary formats.

Does Numerate have widgets?

Yes. Add your trackers to the Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Control Center. The medium Home Screen widget includes interactive increment and decrement buttons so you can update trackers without opening the app.

Does Numerate work with Siri and Shortcuts?

Yes. Use Siri voice commands like "Add to Water in Numerate" to update trackers hands-free. You can also build custom automations in the Shortcuts app to increment, decrement, or check the current value of any tracker.

Is Numerate available on Android?

Numerate is currently iOS only. We're focused on creating the best possible iPhone experience first. No Android version is currently planned.
